When a student purchases your Instructing Services, we calculate the gross amount of the sale as the amount actually received by us from the Learner ("Gross Amount"). We then subtract from the Gross Amount any applicable taxes, and any fees paid to third parties in connection with the Instructing Services to calculate the net amount of the sale ("Net Amount"). InteBase will pay you 40% of Net Amount collected by us for Instructing Services you provide on the Services, unless otherwise agree between you and us in writing (the “Revenue Share”). We will collect fees for your Instructing Services directly from Learners in accordance with the fees you have established. Such fees may include any applicable cancellation fees charged to Learners.

We will pay you the applicable Revenue Share within 30 days of the end of the month in which (a) we receive the fee for the Instructing Service and (b) the relevant Instructing Service consumption occurred, provided that the Instructing Services have been fully provided and accepted by the Learner.
