  1. How to find a course?

    On the home page, navigate to the Browse on the upper left corner and pick the option 'Course' on the dropdown list to get to the course page, you can also get to the course page by clicking the purple video player button that says 'Browse Course' next to it.

  2. How to find other courses from one instructor?

    If you found a course that you liked, on the course detail page, on the lower right part of the page, under the "Meet your instructor" session, click on the 'see full profile' to view the instructor's home page. Navigate to the 'Course' section to see all the courses that this instructor have. You can also use the filter feature on our Course page to filter out the courses you want to see.

  3. How can I enroll in a course?

    To enroll in a course, search for the course you're interested in and click on the "Buy Now" button. If the course is paid, you'll be prompted to complete the payment process before gaining access to the course.

  4. Are there any prerequisites for enrolling in a specific course?

    Some courses may have prerequisites, such as prior knowledge, skills, or completion of specific courses. Review the course description or requirements section to see if any prerequisites apply.

  5. Are there any time limits or deadlines for completing a course?

    Once purchased, the course will be valid for one year with unlimited watching.

  6. Are the courses self-paced or do they have fixed schedules?

    Once the course is purchased, it will be valid for one year and you can arrange your time to take the course before expiration.

  7. What languages are courses available in?

    Currently, our courses are all in English.

  8. Can I download video lectures for offline viewing?

    All the courses are provided for online viewing only. You will have access to the course both through desktop as well as mobile browsers.
