Enabling 2FA
To enable two-factor authentication on your account:
Log in and go to Settings > Security.
Click Enable two-factor authentication.
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password).
Enter the 6-digit code to confirm, then save your backup codes in a safe place.
Resetting 2FA if you have lost access
If you can no longer access your authenticator app:
On the login page, click Lost access to your 2FA device?
Enter one of the backup codes you saved when you first set up 2FA.
Once logged in, go to Settings > Security and re-configure 2FA with your new device.
If you have also lost your backup codes, contact our support team with your registered email address and a valid photo ID. We will verify your identity and disable 2FA so you can set it up again.
