Recovering access after an email change

If you recently changed your email address and can no longer log in, here is what to do:

  1. Try your new email address — If you successfully updated your email in account settings before being logged out, your new email is now your login.

  2. Check for a confirmation email — Email changes require confirmation. Look in the inbox of your new email address for a verification link. Check your spam/junk folder as well.

  3. Use the password reset flow — Go to the login page and click Forgot password?. Enter your new email address to receive a reset link.

Still unable to log in?

If none of the above steps work, contact our support team and provide:

  • Your previous email address

  • Your new email address

  • The approximate date you made the change

We will verify your identity and restore access to your account.
