Finding your purchase receipt
You can access your receipts at any time:
Log in to your account and go to Settings > Billing > Payment history.
Find the transaction you need and click Download receipt.
The receipt will be downloaded as a PDF containing the date, amount, and payment method.
You will also find a copy of every receipt in the email inbox associated with your account — receipts are sent automatically after each payment.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund:
Go to Settings > Billing > Payment history.
Click on the transaction and select Request a refund.
Choose a reason and submit your request.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
