Follow Up Boss Automation
1) Create or Update Deal
If ‘Create_New_Transaction is selected on the ‘Creating or Updating Transaction?’ field, and new Deal will be created in FUB. The Pipeline and Stage will be determined by the ‘Client Type’ and 'Transaction Stage’ fields respectively.
If ‘Update_Existing_Transaction is selected on the ‘Creating or Updating Transaction?’ field, the stage of the related Deal will be updated based on what is selected in the ‘Transaction Stage’ field.
2) Update Contact Stage
The contact stage can be updated by the Transaction form
3) Trigger Action Plans
The form can trigger specific action plans.
4) Add Tags
The form can apply any tags you want to add to the contact record.
Sisu Automation
1) Create or Update Client
If ‘Create_New_Transaction is selected on the ‘Creating or Updating Transaction?’ field, and new Client will be created in Sisu. The Client Type and Status in Sisu will be determined by the ‘Client Type’ and 'Transaction Stage’ fields respectively.
If ‘Update_Existing_Transaction is selected on the ‘Creating or Updating Transaction?’ field, the Status of the related Client will be updated based on what is selected in the ‘Transaction Stage’ field.
