Welcome to InterFace! We're thrilled to have you on board and eager to help you make the most of our products. This article will guide you through the subscription process for our various products and provide you with information on the onboarding timelines for each.
1. Create or Log into Your InterFace Account
To get started, you'll need an InterFace account. If you haven't registered yet, head over to our secure login page at: https://datalabz.re/secure/login_user/. Here, you can either create a new account or log in if you already have one.
2. Choose a Plan and Complete Payment
Once you're logged in, navigate to the 'Billing' tab. Here, you'll find an array of plans to choose from. Select the plan that suits your needs best. After selecting a plan, follow the prompts to complete the payment process. This step finalizes your subscription to the chosen plan.
3. Onboarding for FUB-ChatGPT Integration
For the FUB-ChatGPT integration, you can independently and nearly instantly onboard by following the instructions provided here: FUB-ChatGPT Onboarding Instructions.
4. Onboarding for Other Integrations
For all other plans, onboarding involves a few more steps to ensure smooth integration. The initial step is to grant us access to your account. Follow these steps to add credentials to your InterFace account in the 'Secrets' tab: How to Add Credentials and API Key.
5. Onboarding Timelines for FUB-Sisu Integration
Non-webform FUB-Sisu integration typically takes around 2 business days after we've received access to your FUB and Sisu accounts. You'll be notified once the onboarding process is complete. To update agent names on forms, refer to: Add Agent Names to Your Embedded App.
6. Onboarding Timelines for Webform Integration
For webform integration (FUB Only, FUB-Sisu, FUB-OTC, or FUB-Sisu-OTC), expect a setup duration of approximately 4 business days after we've received access to your FUB/Sisu/OTC accounts. Alongside the setup, we require a list of agents for form loading. You'll receive separate instructions through email upon subscription. Additionally, intake forms allow you to share your preferences for form setup and automations. Corresponding instructions will also be emailed to you upon subscription. OTC often requires a complex mapping strategy, and a sheet will be shared with you for the same, in a separate email.
7. Subscribing to Twilio Integration
