To cancel your subscription, you will need to make a cancellation request. Our team will check the network for spam and approve your request. The subscription will end at the end of the billing month. You are reminded that this will only happen once the request has been approved. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled via chat or email.

Also, if you change your mind and would like to continue leasing the network after your cancellation request has been approved, you can cancel your request through the portal (the same place where you made your cancellation request).
Important reminder! Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the end of your lease (and only on working days).
