We are excited to announce the release of a new feature that allows users to edit their assignment requests easily. This enhancement streamlines the process and gives users greater control over their assignments. Below, we outline the steps to use this new feature efficiently.
1. Access "My Resources" - "Assignments"
To get started, log in to your account and navigate to the "My Resources" section. Click on the "Assignments" to view your current assignments.
2. Click the Menu Button
Next, locate the assignment request you wish to edit. Click on the menu button represented by three dots on the right side of the request.
3. Choose "Edit"
From the dropdown menu, select the "Edit" option to initiate the editing process for the selected assignment request.
4. Fill in the Form with Values and Send Request
Update the necessary fields with the desired values. Once you have made the required changes, click the "Send Request" button to submit the edited assignment request.
5. New Assignment Request Awaits Approval
Upon successfully sending the edited request, a new assignment request will be generated, reflecting the changes you made. This request will now await approval from an InterLIR manager.
6. InterLIR Manager Approval
An InterLIR manager will review your updated assignment request. Once approved, the changes you made will be queued for further processing.
7. Confirmation of RPKI Set by Supplier
After the supplier confirms the RPKI set, you will notice that the status of your assignment request changes to "Approved."
8. InterLIR Manager Verification
Lastly, an InterLIR manager will verify that the RPKI has been correctly set. Upon confirmation, your assignment request will be marked as "Active."
