If you only need to change the WHOIS without changing the ASN, please just message us in chat. If you need to change the ASN, follow the instructions below.
1. Access "IPv4 resources" - "Assignments"
To get started, log in to your account and navigate to the "IPv4 resources" section. Click on the "Assignments" to view your current assignments.
2. Choose "Edit request"
Next, locate the assignment request you wish to edit. Click on the "Edit request" button option to initiate the editing process for the selected assignment request.
3. Fill in the Form with Values and Send Request
Update the necessary fields with the desired values. Once you have made the required changes, click the "Send Request" button to submit the edited assignment request.
4. New Assignment Request Awaits Approval
Upon successfully sending the edited request, a new assignment request will be generated, reflecting the changes you made. This request will now await approval from an InterLIR manager.
5. InterLIR Specialist Approval
An InterLIR support specialist will review your updated assignment request. Once approved, the changes you made will be queued for further processing.
6. Confirmation of RPKI Set by Supplier
After the supplier confirms the RPKI set, you will notice that the status of your assignment request changes to "Approved."
7. InterLIR Specialist Verification
Lastly, an InterLIR support specialist will verify that the RPKI has been correctly set. Upon confirmation, your assignment request will be marked as "Active."
