We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows users to send a request to set reverse DNS (rDNS) directly from their personal account. This enhancement simplifies the process and gives users greater control over their assignments and rDNS settings. Below, we've outlined the steps to efficiently use this new feature.

1. Open "My Resources - Assignments."

2. Select the assignment with an "Approved" or "Active" status.

3. To access the assignment request details, click on the three dots on the right and scroll down to the "Reverse DNS" section.

4. Fill out the form, providing the details of your nameservers.

5. Send the request and confirm your action.

6. Once your request is submitted, your rDNS status will change to "Waiting for rDNS Set."

7. Upon approval, you will receive notifications via email and the portal's notification center.

8. Once your rDNS is approved, the status will change to "rDNS is Set."

If your rDNS request is declined, you will receive a notification with a comment explaining the reason. You can address the issue and repeat the steps.

9. You can easily manage your rDNS by accessing "My Resources - Reverse DNS."

10. Note that when your assignment expires, your rDNS will also expire.

11. After rDNS has been deleted and the action is confirmed, its status will change to "Expired."

12. If you wish to edit your existing rDNS, open "My Assignments - Details." Make the necessary edits and send a request.

You can also edit your rDNS by going to "My Resources - Reverse DNS," clicking on the three dots on the right, and selecting "Edit."
