We are thrilled to introduce the automated feature for setting rDNS (reverse DNS) records for clients with IP-blocks not from RIPE. This means no more need for sending emails or engaging in chats. Here's a breakdown of the steps:

1. Suppliers receive notifications about new rDNS requests.

2. Access the rDNS request page.

3. Open the details of the assignment linked to the rDNS request.

4. Set the rDNS and confirm the action within the portal.

5. If you're unable to set the rDNS, you can reject the request. Provide a description of the encountered issue.

6. Details of declined rDNS requests can be viewed.

7. When an assignment expires, you'll receive a notification that the rDNS needs to be deleted.

8. Access the rDNS request page.

9. Open the details of the assignment linked to the rDNS request.

10. Delete the rDNS and confirm the action within the portal.

11. After deleting, the rDNS status changes to "Expired." And of course, you will be able to see all your rDNS requests any time on the dashboard.

If you have an IP-block from RIPE, than nothing changes for you^) We will to do it ourselves
