We are announcing a new feature that allows you to add an email specifically for abuse notifications on our portal. Follow these simple steps to improve your abuse complaint management:
1. Access Your Account Settings
In the right upper corner of the portal, locate your user icon and click on it. Select "Edit Your Business Account."
2. Add Abuse Notification Email
Look for the "Abuse Notifications" field. Here, you can add the email address where you wish to receive abuse complaints exclusively.
3. Save Changes
After entering the desired email address, make sure to save your changes. You may find a "Save" or "Update" button at the bottom of the page—click on it to confirm the addition of your abuse notification email.
By following these steps, you will speed up the process of handling abuse complaints, ensuring that relevant notifications reach the designated email address promptly.
