Our goal in doing this refresh is to make your experience with Rise smoother, clearer, and more intuitive. Navigation is simpler, setting up new activities takes less time and fewer clicks, and all the important information is where you need it, so you can stay focused and in control.
Activity Pages Structure
Overview:
Every core activity now has its own home, complete with eerything that’s relevant to that activity: including performance metrics, transaction history, and settings.
Metrics:
You can now view activity-specific metrics, including issuance, redemptions, and upsell revenue. We’ve also added activity-specific metrics that give you a clearer picture on how they’re impacting your bottom line. For example:
See the ROI on your cashback program (Return On Store Credit - ROSC)
The opt-in rate on your store credit refunds
How many new customers you’ve reached with gift cards
How compensation is helping prevent churn
Setup:
We’ve made it easier than ever to get started with cashback. By commanding just a few settings, you can set up your business logic and launch a cashback program in minutes.
You can, of course, still use the workflow tool to build and manage your cashback program if you need more customization.
New Notifications Templates
New notification templates that are activity-specific make it easy to close the loop - letting you customize how customers are updated about their store credit balance for different types of issuance.

As we streamline the Rise experience, we want to be clear: this update isn’t about boxing you into a new way of working; it’s about making everything you already do simpler and more intuitive.
You can still build custom automations, triggers, and workflows, and issue bulk store credit and gift cards, exactly like before. Whether you prefer a guided setup or a fully tailored configuration, Rise continues to support both - so you can work your way, with less friction and more clarity than ever.
