How to Add the Rise.ai Activity Block to the Shopify Admin's Customer Profile

Overview

The Rise.ai Activity block allows you to view a customer’s Store Credit and Gift Cards outstanding balances directly from their customer profile within your Shopify admin.

Important: The Rise.ai Activity block is only available on Rise.ai v2.


How to add the block

  1. In Shopify, go to Customers and open any customer profile.

  2. In the Blocks section, click + Block.
    ​

  3. Select Rise.ai Activity.
    ​


    Once added, the block will display:

  • The customer’s current Store Credit balance

  • The total value of Gift Cards associated with the customer
    ​

  • To pin this block to the page across all staff, click the Pin icon.

Note: The Rise.ai Activity block cannot be customized. The information shown cannot be modified.
