1 - Log in
Log in to the customer area at terminal.internex.com using your login details.
2 - Select a cloud
Click "Select this Cloud" for your cloud.
3 - Domain Manager Pro
Navigate to "Domain & Email" -> "Domain Manager Pro" in the top menu bar.
4 - Transfer Domain
Click "Transfer Domain" in the left-hand menu under Domain Manager Pro.
5 - Check Transfer
Enter the domain you want to transfer into the search bar. Then select the desired domain from the overview below. You can add the domain to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon on the right side.
6 - Confirm domain ownership
After clicking the shopping cart icon, a pop-up will appear, indicating that you must be the owner or have the owner's consent to transfer the domain. Confirm this and click "Transfer domain".
Then click the green "Domain Cart" button.
7 - Domain Shopping Cart
In the domain cart, you'll see an overview of the domains you want to order. Now click "To Checkout" in the top right corner.
8 - Domain Owner
In the next step, you must select an existing domain owner or enter the details of the new, desired domain owner. Now click the green "Save selection & continue to checkout" button.
9 - Checkout
In the final step, you'll see an overview of your domains and their corresponding prices. Confirm the terms and conditions and click the green "Execute Order" button.
Your order has now been completed. Shortly afterward, you will receive an email with a link to our self-service portal, where you can enter additional information, such as your AUTH code, and select your preferred DNS option.
Once we have verified your details, we will initiate the transfer.
