1. What Delivery options do you offer?

At INTERSPORT, we offer a range of delivery options to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and convenient manner. Whether you need your items quickly or prefer a more cost-effective option, we have you covered.

Standard Shipping

  • INTERSPORT Australia offers free shipping on all standard shipping online orders* over $150. Any orders under $150 will incur a $9.99 fee.

  • *This does not include items considered to be Heavy or Bulky.

  • Customers can request Authority to Leave in the checkout

  • Currently it will take approximately 3 – 7 business days for standard delivery of your order. Delivery times to regional and remote locations may be slightly longer during peak delivery times.

Express Shipping

INTERSPORT Australia offers the option of Express Post Shipping that will incur a $14.99 fee*

  • *This does not include items considered to be Heavy or Bulky.

  • Customers can request Authority to Leave in the checkout

  • Currently it will take approximately 2 – 4 business days for express delivery of your order. Delivery times to regional and remote locations may be slightly longer during peak delivery times.

Heavy/Bulky Shipping

  • Examples of Heavy/Bulky items include products such as Trampolines, Fitness Equipment and Basketball Systems.

  • The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s, plus the delivery location.

  • You will be notified of Heavy/Bulky shipping costs at the checkout. Standard delivery only is available for Heavy/Bulky items.

Customers may request Authority to Leave at checkout.

2. Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, for non-heavy/bulky items. Use "Check Stock In Store" to see availability. Some bulky items may also be available if stocked at your chosen store.

What if the product is not in stock at my local INTERSPORT store? If the product you want is unavailable locally, you can order it through the Click & Collect service. This ensures that products such as shoes can be ordered from another location and sent to your selected store for pickup.

3.Why is my order being delivered in split parcels?

Orders with multiple items may need to be sourced and shipped from different locations and arrive separately. You’ll receive tracking links for each shipment, with no extra shipping fees.

4. I entered the wrong address—what should I do?

Contact INTERSPORT Customer Service immediately by calling our customer service team at 03 8560 4677.

We're not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Orders delivered to wrong addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

5.What if my parcel is stolen?

Contact Customer Service right away. If you selected Authority to Leave, INTERSPORT is not liable for theft.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery method.

Replacements are issues at our discretion.

6. Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within Australia.

All orders received by 11am AEST will be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed as soon as possible, typically the next business day. We strive to have all orders delivered to you within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
