Digital gift cards can be used at all participating INTERSPORT stores and online.

Want a physical card? Plysical cards can be purchased in all INTERSPORT stores and is able to be used in all participating INTERSPORT stores and online.

If you receive a gift card error at checkout, please allow 1 hour from last attempt to try again.

Errors with INTERSPORT gift cards often occur due to temporary security locks. These locks are triggered by multiple incorrect attempts to redeem or check the card balance, or by certain actions during the checkout process, such as navigating away from the cart or checkout tab. These measures are in place to protect your card from unauthorized use.

If the issue still persists, please reach out. Alternatively, you can request a replacement coupon code of the same value under your INTERSPORT account to complete your purchase without further delays.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Wait for the Security Lock to Reset: If your gift card has been temporarily locked, wait approximately one hour for the lock to reset automatically. Avoid making additional attempts during this time.

  2. Verify Card Details: Ensure that you are entering the correct card number and PIN. Double-check for any typos or errors.

  3. Retry the Transaction: After waiting for an hour, try redeeming or using the gift card again. Stay within the checkout flow to avoid triggering another security lock.


ACTIVE Gift Card

Active Gift Cards can be purchased to redeem at INTERSPORT stores and also on the website, but need to be converted to a coupon code to be used on the website.

ULTIMATE Gift Card

Ultimate Gift Cards can be purchased to redeem at INTERSPORT stores and website, and can be treated like credit cards.
