To change your password while logged in, follow these steps:
Go to the "Account Management" tab on the navigation menu.
Choose the account you wish to change the password.
Click on the ellipsis button on the far right of the account then click "Change Password" option.
Enter the old password in the designated box, then enter the new one in the corresponding box.
Click on "Save" to apply your changes.
Additionally, if you use Google Chrome, you can save your new password the next time you log in. To do this, click "Save Password" when the browser prompts.
Sometimes, we may forget our password, but resetting it is simple. Here’s how you can easily regain access to your account by resetting your password:
On the sign-in page, click the "Forgot Password" link.
Input the email associated with your account and click the "Reset Password" button.
You will receive an email with a password reset link. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.
Open the email and click on the "Reset Password" link. This will direct you to the password reset page.
Enter a new password that meets the security requirements. Re-enter the password to confirm, then save your changes.
After your password is successfully updated, you can go back to the login page and sign in using your new credentials.
Important Note: Please ensure that your password is at least eight (8) characters long and includes a capital letter and a special symbol (Example: Password@123).
