In this guide, we'll walk you through connecting your CRM to Investorlift through Zapier. Zapier easily connects Investorlift to apps like Salesforce, Podio, HubSpot, and many more.
Follow the steps below to connect your CRM to Investorlift via Zapier.

2. Gather What You'll Need
Your Investorlift Admin login.
Your CRM login (Podio, InvestorFuse, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, FreedomSoft, HubSpot, etc.).
A Zapier login.

3. Set Up Your Zapier Integration
Go to your seller site and push through a test lead. Answer all questions on your lead form.
Log in to Zapier (or create an account).
Click Make a Zap in the top-right corner.
4. Connect Investorlift to Your CRM
Select Investorlift from the "Connect this app" dropdown.
Select your CRM from the "with this one" dropdown.
5. Choose the Trigger and Action
Select New Lead under "When this happens".
Select the action you want (e.g., Create a New Opportunity) under "then do this".
6. Test the Investorlift Connection
Connect to your Investorlift account.
Click Test Trigger to verify the connection (see the video for step-by-step directions).
7. Connect to Your CRM Account
Follow the prompts to connect to your CRM (see the video for details).
8. Map Fields and Submit Test
Map all fields you want to pass from Investorlift into your CRM.
Submit a test to your CRM and verify the mapping is correct.
9. Turn On Your Zap
Click Turn on Zap to activate the integration.
10. Add Zapier API Keys to Your CRM

Click your username in the top menu.
Click Settings.
Click Zapier Integration in the right menu and copy the API key into Zapier.

💡 Podio does not use API keys. Log in to your Podio account before logging into Zapier - when you add Podio as an output, the system will automatically connect to your account.
