Why Artemis Mode Helps You Close Deals Faster

Think of Artemis Mode as visibility into your online storefront - you can see who's browsing, what they're looking at, and how interested they are. This article walks you through everything you need to know to use Artemis Mode to find hot leads and close deals faster.

What Is Artemis Mode?

Artemis Mode gives disposition managers a powerful tool to gain valuable insights into buyer activity on your property listings. With Artemis, you can:

  • Identify interested buyers and assess their level of engagement.

  • Analyze which aspects of your listings attract the most attention.

  • Differentiate between casual browsers and serious prospects.

  • Personalize communication and follow-up strategies based on buyer behavior.

Artemis Mode includes a comprehensive potential buyer list - leads walking into your online store, waiting to be engaged. It provides a centralized platform to manage and prioritize interactions with interested buyers, helping disposition managers close deals faster.

Where to Find Artemis Mode

Follow these steps to access Artemis Mode for any property:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on the Properties tab on the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the property you'd like to investigate.

  4. Click the Artemis Mode (Hot Buyers) button in the upper right corner.

Exploring Artemis Mode

Artemis Mode is divided into two sections:

My Deal

This section displays all the buyers who have shown interest in your property. For each buyer, Investorlift tracks every second and every click they make on the listing - so you can see which buyer is the most interested.

Deals Nearby

This section displays buyers who haven't seen your deal yet but have been shopping in the area - meaning they are actively looking to buy nearby.

Using Filters in Artemis Mode

Artemis Mode's filters let you refine your buyer search with precision. You can filter by:

  • Buyer Score: Reflects the overall activity and engagement level of the buyer with your property. Note that a high score does not necessarily indicate buyer quality - use it alongside other filters.

  • Time Spent on Listing: Shows how long each buyer has spent viewing your listing. Buyers who spend more time are typically more interested.

  • Images Viewed: Reveals which photos captured buyer attention, giving insights into what aspects of the property they find most interesting.

The Event Types filter lets you narrow further by specific buyer actions:

  • New Offer Created β€” Buyers who have made offers on the platform; likely legitimate cash buyers.

  • Property Viewed β€” Buyers who have browsed through the listing.

  • Property Image Viewed β€” Buyers who spent time on the property's photos.

  • Property Address Requested and Inquiry Sent β€” Buyers who requested the address or sent specific questions. You can also find these in Property Inquiries on the main menu.

  • Clicks from Email β€” Buyers who clicked your property link from an email campaign.

  • Property Added to Favorites and Open House Registered β€” Buyers who favorited the property or registered for an open house.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ If some event types are not visible in your account, it means those actions have not yet been taken by any buyer on this listing. Next to "New Offer Created" events, you can also see the offer price, sold price, and acceptance status (shown only when the offer is accepted).

Purchase Buyers

Pro users can unlock buyers in Artemis Mode that were previously inaccessible. Falcon, Lieutenant, and Cartel accounts have access to this data for free. If you come across a potential buyer not already on your list, you can add them for 100 Investorlift Credits per buyer.

To add a buyer to your list:

  1. Find the buyer you'd like to add within Artemis Mode.

  2. Click the Unlock Buyer button next to their name.

  3. A confirmation prompt will appear - click Purchase.

  4. The buyer is added to your list and ready for outreach.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ If you don't have enough credits, you'll be prompted to top up. 1 Credit = $0.01. Learn more about the Investorlift Credit System.

Making Contact with Leads

Once you've identified a potential buyer, look for the checkmark next to their phone number - this confirms the number has been verified. Click the three dots next to their information to access options: Report Buyer, View Buyer Profile, Add a Note, or Text Buyer.

When reviewing leads, check what type of property they're actively looking for. If a match aligns with your listing - for example, a buyer who requested an address for a property with a large backyard and yours has one too - reach out directly. A phone call is the most effective way to gauge interest and move a casual browser toward a serious offer.

πŸ’‘ Prepare a concise pitch before calling. Be attentive to the buyer's needs, actively listen to concerns, and build rapport. A personalized conversation significantly increases your chances of closing.
