Understanding Portfolio vs. Turnkey
Portfolio Properties
A real estate portfolio consists of multiple properties grouped together for investment purposes. By selecting "Portfolio" in your search, you access collections of properties that help you diversify investments across different locations, property types, and risk profiles. Portfolios spread your risk and enhance potential returns.
Turnkey Properties
A turnkey property is ready-to-move-in or ready-to-rent, requiring minimal to no renovations. When you choose "Turnkey", you find fully managed properties requiring little additional work-attractive for investors seeking hassle-free, income-generating real estate.
How to Find Portfolios and Turnkey Opportunities
Step 1: Log In and Access Filters
Log in to your Investorlift account and click on "All Filters".
Step 2: Navigate to Deal Type
You'll see the customization page for your search preferences.
Step 3: Select Portfolio or Turnkey
Under "Property tag", choose either "Portfolio" for diversified property packages or "Turnkey" for ready-to-manage properties.
Step 4: Choose Property Type
Click on "Property Type" and select the type of property you're looking for from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Review and Browse
Click "See x number of properties" and start browsing the opportunities that match your criteria.
