How to Access
On iPhone:
You can create a wine list in two ways:
From the Home Page:
Tap “More” next to the "Add" and "Remove" buttons.
Select “Create Wine List.”
By default, all wines in your collection are included. Tap “Wines, Bottles: X selected” to adjust your selection.
From the Collection Page:
Tap the circle to the left of each wine you'd like to include, or tap "Select All" in the top right
Tap “...” in the bottom right, then select “Create Wine List.”
On iPad:

From the Home Screen:
Tap the gold pencil icon in the bottom right.
Tap “Create Wine List.”
By default, all wines are included. Tap “Wines, Bottles: X selected” to make changes.
From the Collection Page:
Tap the circle to the left of each wine you'd like to include, or tap "Select All" (above Filters)
Tap “...” at the bottom, then select “Create Wine List.”
Customizing Your Wine List
Title
Give your list a name, like “Rachel’s Dinner Party” or “Ocean Prime Wine List.”
Format
Group Headings By: Wine Type, Country, Region, or Sub-Region
Subheadings By: Variety, Country, Region, Sub-Region, or Alphabetical
Sort Order: Alphabetically, Vintage, or Market Price
Page Breaks: Toggle on if you want a new page for each heading

Choose which details to include (or none):

Quantity
Origin
Grape Varieties
Bottle Size
Pricing
Toggle on to include prices
Choose between Market Price or Purchase Price
Option to round up and include a currency symbol
InVintory Branding
Hospitality plans can remove the InVintory logo from the wine list
Style & Design
Color: Pick background and text colors (previews available)
Theme: Choose from a variety of design templates, from casual to elegant, plain text to cursive
Final Step
Tap “Create Wine List.” You’ll have the option to download the PDF or copy a shareable URL.
