There are three ways to sign up for InVintory:

1. With an email and password

2. By linking an existing Google account

3. By linking your Apple ID.

Whichever method you chose at sign-up is the method you will have to use to log-in later on.

If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can tap the Forgot Login tab on the sign-in screen. This will explain how to identify the method you used to sign-up.

To quickly confirm which email address, you used to sign up, search in your email accounts for the word “InVintory.” You should have received several emails from us when you first signed up, so if you find any of these emails, you’ll know you’ve identified the right email address. If it is a Gmail address, ensure you try “Sign in with Google” in addition to Sign in with email. If it is the email address associated with your Apple ID, ensure you also try “Sign in with Apple”.

It sometimes happens that collectors create an account with Google or Apple, but then attempt to login later with an email and password. When this occurs, they sometimes end up inadvertently creating a new account (with no bottles in it) and worry that their collection has been lost. Make sure you try all possible sign-in methods to avoid this happening.
