Once you upload a spreadsheet or transfer your collection over from another platform like CellarTracker or Vivino, our team of sommeliers will then get to work reviewing your wines and matching them to our database. This is generally quite a fast process if you are transferring from another service, but if you are uploading your own spreadsheet, it can be a very labor-intensive process if the wines are uncommon or if the spreadsheet is not formatted to our template. In general, we strive to get the work completed within 48 hours.

If you upload a spreadsheet, we highly recommend that you use our template as this will result in the fastest and most accurate match. If you choose to use your own format, it is important to provide us as much information on your wine as possible so that our sommeliers can ensure they are matching everything correctly.
