If you signed up on the web app, you must cancel your subscription on the web app.

Step 1: From the homepage navigate to the "Prestige" tab

Step 2: Click the gold box "Manage Subscription"

Step 2: Click the white box "Cancel plan"

If you signed up on the Apple iPhone app, you must cancel your subscription through Apple and unfortunately we cannot intervene with their billing process.

1. Open the Settings app

2. Tap your name

3. Tap Subscriptions

4. Tap the subscription.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
