Adding bottles to your cellar or fridge is very simple. First, you must decide on what shelf in a fridge or what section of the cellar you would like to add the bottle. Next, go to the VinLocate tab and click on the shelf or section. Click on any empty slot to add the bottle.

On the web app, a list will open on the right side of the screen and all the bottles that have yet to be placed in a slot will be available to choose from. Simply scroll down to find the bottle of choice or search for it in the search bar at the top.

On the mobile device, once an empty location is clicked on, a gold ADD button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on it will open a list of all the bottles that have yet to be placed in a slot will be available to choose from. Again, simply scroll down to find the bottle of choice or search for it in the search bar at the top.

On the mobile device, you can also add up to 12 bottles at one time. To do this, you must first click on the gold ADD BOTTLES button at the bottom. This will again bring up a list whereby you can choose the bottles but, in this case, you check off the open box and then choose the gold SELECT at the bottom right. Repeat this until you have selected all the bottles (up to 12) and then you can sequentially tap on that same number of empty slots.

In addition to the above, whenever you add a new bottle or bottles, a prompt will open after the bottle has been entered to ask if you would like to add that bottle to VinLocate at that time. If you choose to so, you will be next prompted to choose the shelf or section of the cellar that you would like to place the bottle in.
