To scan the bar code on your bottle, you need to open up the mobile app and on the home page, choose the Quick Action button called Consume. A modal will open that allows you to select to Scan Barcode. Point the camera the label and position the bar code in the rectangular window. Once read, a notification will come up that advises you that the bottle has been removed from your Collection. While you could enter the Consume Flow from that point, it is often convenient to click on the Remind Me Later button so that you can go on an enjoy your wine, making a note the next day.
