If you purchased on the App Store:
If you pay for InVintory through the App Store, all your payment information lives with Apple. Just update the credit card associated with your Apple ID.
If you purchased on our Web App:
If you signed up outside of the App Store, just head over to our Web App.
Step 1: From the homepage navigate to the "Prestige" tab
Step 2: Click the gold box "Manage Subscription"
Step 2: Under "Payment Method" Add a New Card
If you don't know where you purchased:
We can help you confirm if you're paying through Apple. Just email us at support@invintory.com. Please include the name and email associated with your InVintory account. Here's how to find this information.
On the iPhone App:
Hit your profile picture in the top left corner
Hit the settings wheel in the top right corner
Your InVintory account name is the first item visible
Scroll to the bottom and you will see the email address you are signed in with
On the Web App:
Hit your profile picture in the top left corner
Your First Name and Last Name is the name associated with your InVintory account
Scroll and you will see the email address you are signed in with
