How to print custom barcode labels:

Buy labels – we recommend these Avery labels

Load label paper into printer

Open the InVintory app and go to your collection

Tap the multi-select button (checklist icon) in the top right

Select all the bottles you want to print and then tap "More"

Select "Print Labels"

Select "30 Labels per sheet"

Tap all the cells you don't need

Customize your label and select the fields you would like to see printed

Approve preview

Adjust or confirm printing settings

Print

Open the InVintory app and go to your collection

Filter your collection if desired, if not you will print all labels

Tap the barcode button. You can find this directly above the collection table and under the "search collection" bar. It is the middle icon. If you hover over it, you will see "Print barcodes for collection"

A pop-up will appear. Follow the prompts, starting with the number of labels per sheet

Tap all the cells you don't need

Customize your label and select the fields you would like to see printed

Approve preview

Adjust or confirm printing settings

Print
