Invite others to view or edit your collection!
It’s ideal for couples or wine managers, so every individual has their own login information.
If you have a paid subscription affiliated with your collection, the collaborator will automatically get that same tier access on the collection too.

How to add collaborators:
On the iPhone app:
On the home screen, tap the profile icon
Tap on the collection
Tap on Collaborators
Tap on Invite
Add the new email address and select their role. Tap “Return” to minimize the keyboard.
Tap “Send”
You will see your collaborator invite appear below
On the iPad app:
On the Home screen, tap the profile icon
Tap on the collection
Tap on Collaborators
Tap on Invite
Add the new email address and select their role.
Tap “Send”

On the Web app:
On the homepage, navigate to the top right corner of the screen
You will see your profile icon, name, and permission level of your collection. Select the grey button with a profile and + icon
Select "Invite collaborator"
Type in their email address and select their role.
Press "Send"
Collaborator permission levels:
Owner: There can be only one owner of the collection. It is usually the person who initially signed up and is inviting others to join.
Admin: An Admin can do everything an owner can do except removing the owner of the collection.
Editor: An Editor can do everything an Admin can do except managing collaborators.
Viewer: A Viewer can only view and find bottles in the collection. They cannot add, consume, or remove any bottles.
