Using Speech to Create Invoices
Step-by-Step Guide:
Open Invoice Fly.
Tap on the Tools icon located in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Select the Speech to Invoice.
Press on the Start Recording button to activate the Speech to Invoice feature.
Follow the example template and include specific details such as client name, item name, price, and quantity (eg. : "Add item, website redesign, quantity one, price $500.").
The app will transcribe your speech into text and fill in the relevant invoice fields.
Editing and Finalizing Speech-Generated Invoices
Carefully review the generated invoice to ensure all details are correct.
If needed, tap on any field to manually edit the information. You can adjust client details, item descriptions, quantities, prices, and more.
To add more items, tap on the "Add Item" button and provide the necessary details.
To remove an item, tap on the item and select "Delete."
If applicable, add any discounts or taxes to the invoice by tapping on the respective fields.
Specify payment terms such as due date, payment methods, and any other relevant instructions.
Ensure your business logo is included on the invoice for a professional appearance. Tap on the logo placeholder to upload or update your logo.
Once all information is accurate and complete, tap "Save."
To send the invoice, tap "Send" and choose the delivery method (e.g., email, download PDF).

Ensure your dictation is clear and concise to avoid errors in transcription.
Always review the speech-generated invoice for accuracy before sending it to clients.
