Editing a Tracking Number – Go to Setup -» Receiving Numbers -» Add new
A receiving number is the phone number to which calls received on tracking numbers will be redirected. An account can have one or more active receiving numbers.
To edit/add a receiving number, you will need to complete/edit the following fields:
Active / Inactive: Activate or deactivate the number.
Account: The account to which this receiving number will be added. A receiving number can be allocated to only one account. If multiple accounts have the same receiving number, it must be created for each account individually.
Number: The phone number to which you want the calls to be redirected. The number must be added without spaces and without dots, e.g., 07xxxxxxxx or 021xxxxxxx, etc.
Label: This can be the name, department, or location that owns that number (e.g., Iulian, Sales Dept., Berceni Office, etc.). It helps to identify in reports who answers that number.
IVR Key: If calls will be distributed based on an IVR (e.g., for sales press 1, for order tracking press 2, for Berceni Office press 3), this field will be completed with the corresponding IVR key.
Missed calls alert email (Email address to send missed call alerts): Add the email address(es) (separated by commas, without spaces) where you will receive alerts for missed calls. These alerts will be sent only when the call recording function is activated and only when the caller hangs up during the greeting message.
