Through this integration, only calls from by Google Ads campaigns will be sent back to Google Ads as conversions.
All of your campaigns must have auto-tagging=ON. You can find details for this setup here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/3095550?hl=en.
Steps to send calls to Google Ads:
1. Go to Setup → Integrations → Google Ads and click on the “Sign in with Google!” button.
2. Choose the Google account you want to use to sign in
3. Click “Continue”
4. “Choose Google Ads account” button to select the Google Ads account where the calls will be sent.
5. At the end, next to the Google Ads account field, a green checkmark will appear, confirming that the integration was successfully completed.
After completing the integration:
After completing the integration, in your Google Ads account -» Goals -» Summary , you will see a Phone Call Lead conversion action named “INVOX Phone Calls”, where all calls generated by your Google Ads campaigns will be sent.
Make sure to add this conversion as Conversion Goal to all of your active campaigns.
This conversion can be edited just like any other conversion in Google Ads (e.g., Conversion name, Action optimization, Value, Source, Count, Click-through conversion window, Engaged-view conversion window, and Attribution).
Disable Google Ads integration
If you want to stop sending INVOX calls to Google Ads, all you need to do is click the “Stop Google Ads integration!” button.
After stopping the integration, INVOX will disconnect from your Google Ads account, and calls will no longer be sent to Google Ads.
* Even if you stop sending calls to Google Ads, phone conversions will still appear in the campaigns for the period during which the integration was active.
