Vaunt Integration

Written by Iulian de la INVOX

VAUNT® helps streamline the sales process of a residential project. As soon as a building permit is received and until an apartment is handed over, residential developers and agents can use VAUNT to keep track of their pipeline, inventory, financial trends and more, showcase a space in 2D, generate real time statistics, or set up marketing campaigns.

Copy Agency UUID and Vaunt API Token, access your VAUNT account and navigate to Website pages > Promo channels > Vaunt API > Agency UUID.

After you add Agency UUID and Vaunt API Token select Active, and click Save, in order to activate integration.

Tag – If you are using the same VAUNT account for multiple projects, you need to add the residential project’s tag in the Tag field, exactly as it is set in VAUNT.

Go to Setup → Receiving Numbers, then click on each number.

in the Vaunt Agent ID field, add the agent’s ID, as listed in the Team section in Vaunt. The ID is the 4-digit number in the first column on the left, before the agent’s name.

Click Save Number buton.

After this step, each call received on the tracking numbers will be sent to VAUNT as a Lead. Additionally, after each call on an INVOX tracking number, the call details will be added to the same Lead in the VAUNT account.

To deactivate the INVOX integration with VAUNT, go to Setup -» Integrations -» VAUNT select Inactive. Optionally, you can delete the Agency UUID, Vaunt API Token, and Tag (if present) and click Save.

Route existing VAUNT leads to their assigned agent

If you are using INVOX Round Robin, you can also prevent an existing lead in VAUNT from being assigned to a different agent when they call again.

When a phone number (Caller ID) calls an INVOX tracking number for the first time, INVOX can first check whether that phone number already exists as a lead in VAUNT and is assigned to an agent.

If the Caller ID is found in VAUNT and the lead is already assigned to an agent, INVOX will route the call directly to that agent's phone number, bypassing the INVOX Round Robin.

If the Caller ID is not found in VAUNT, the call will follow the standard INVOX Round Robin flow and will be routed to the next available agent in the list.

This helps maintain lead ownership between VAUNT and INVOX and ensures that an existing lead continues to be handled by the agent already responsible for it.

Required VAUNT API permission

To use this functionality, INVOX needs permission to search for existing clients in your VAUNT account by phone number.

Please contact VAUNT and request access to the following API endpoint:

GET /v1/external/clients/search_by_phone — Search clients by phone number

Once VAUNT has enabled this permission for your API access, INVOX can check the Caller ID before applying the Round Robin routing.

Not technical? No problem.

You can simply contact the VAUNT team and ask them:

“Please enable the API permission Search clients by phone number for the INVOX account: [your INVOX account name].”

Once VAUNT confirms that the permission has been enabled, let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.
