Important:
This integration requires 3 steps, therefore it will NOT work with the free Zapier plan (which is limited to Two-step Zaps).
Before you begin, make sure there is at least one call in your INVOX account.
You can also make a test call before starting the setup. If no calls exist, Zapier will not be able to retrieve the necessary data fields.
Step 1 – Create a New Zap
1. Log in to Zapier
Go to https://zapier.com and sign in to your account.
2. Create a new Zap
Click “Create” (top left) → Select “Zaps”.
This opens the Zap editor.
Step 2 – Configure the Trigger (INVOX)
1. Choose the Trigger App
Search for: INVOX
Select trigger event: New call
2. Connect your INVOX account
Click “Change”
Click “+ Connect a new account”
A pop-up window will open where you will need to add the Zapier Token from your INVOX account
Click “Yes, Continue to Invox”
Click Continue
3. Test the Trigger
Go to the “Test” tab
Click “Find new records”
Select one of the returned calls
Click “Continue with selected record”
If no calls exist in the INVOX account, nothing will be displayed here.
It is recommended to have at least one call available so Zapier can extract the necessary data fields.
This completes the Trigger configuration.

Click “+ Add step”
Search for: Formatter
Setup tab
Action event: Date / Time

Final Result
From now on, every new call recorded in INVOX will automatically send a Lead event to your selected Facebook Pixel using the Conversions API via Zapier.
If you encounter issues during setup, verify:
You are using a paid Zapier plan
There is at least one call in the INVOX account
The correct Facebook Business Account and Pixel are selected
The formatted timestamp and phone number fields are correctly mapped
Your integration is now complete.
