A segment is a defined list of companies you want to target with your advertising. You can create a segment by uploading your own list or by building one directly in InZynk using filters.
Before you get started, make sure your segment list is prepared and formatted correctly. If you’re uploading your own list, follow the guide “How should I structure my segment list?” before continuing.
You can create a segment in two ways:
Follow this guide to create your segment:
Create a segment
Open the Advertising menu and click Segments
Click New Segment
Choose how you want to build your segment:
Upload your own list
Click Upload list
Choose your file
Give your segment a name
Click Save and proceed
After saving, InZynk will automatically validate the domains and match them across our advertising network. Processing usually takes a few minutes, but larger lists may take longer.
Build list with filters
Click Build list with filters
Select your filters, such as:
Country
Industry
Number of Employees
Click Search and preview the result
Adjust filters if needed
Click Save as Segment
Create new Segment: saves your filtered list as a brand-new segment
Add to existing segment: adds the filtered companies to a segment you already have
Choose one of your segments
Give your segment a name
Click Save and proceed
After saving, InZynk will automatically validate the domains and match them across our advertising network. Processing usually takes a few minutes, but larger lists may take longer.
Managing your segment
Once saved, your segment will appear in the segment list
You can reopen it to:
Edit the name
Add domains
See Advertising activities
Launch Advertising
Stop Advertising
A segment can be used in multiple advertising setups
