Update the system

You have the possibility to update the Indabox without going through the general configuration process.

To do so, please follow the steps below.

Prerequisite : you must have the update ZIP file provided by the Teréga Solutions support.

The update must be applied separately to the Cloud and Indus boxes.

You can begin with either the Indus Box or the Cloud Box, as the order does not matter.

Indus Box

Access the web configuration interface of the Indus Box.

Go to the Configuration menu, then select the "Services management" section

At the bottom of the page, go to the section "System update files", and click on the "Update application" button.

Upload the ZIP file provided by the support.

Note : Please wait for the box to complete its restart.

The update is now applied to the Indus Box.

A similar procedure must now be carried out for the Cloud Box.

Cloud box

Log in to the Cloud Box web interface in maintenance mode.

Go to the Configuration menu, then select Service Management.

At the bottom of the screen, go to the section System Update Files. Then click on the "Update application" button.

Upload the ZIP file provided by the support.

Note : As with the Indus Box, wait patiently for the restart.

Once this process is complete, your boxes are now updated.
