Prerequisites : This feature is accessible for users with a "Maintenance" role.
The maintenance mode of the Cloud box is designed to help you quickly determine the source of malfunctions in case of file transmission issues from the Indabox to the Cloud.
Specifically, it is a dedicated maintenance interface where you can identify the status of the files to be sent to the Cloud.
Start by accessing the Indabox Configurator.
Locate the line concerning your Cloud box, then right-click on the line and click on "Maintenance Mode".
The configuration of the maintenance mode begins. You can follow the progress of the operation in the bar at the top right of the window.
Once the operation is complete, a message will appear indicating that the maintenance mode is activated. Click on "OK."
Next, click on the "Maintenance interface" button :
The login page for the maintenance interface of the Cloud box will open in your browser.
Log in with the maintenance account provided by your administrator.
You will access the maintenance screen, which allows you to:
View the files that have not yet been sent
Ping a website to check that the box is correctly connected to the internet
