Prerequisite: You must be logged in as an administrator to access this feature.
To add equipment, click on the "Data Source" menu :
Next, click the add button at the top of the "Data Source" page:
You are redirected to the add equipment page :
Start by selecting the corresponding communication protocol. The available protocols are:
Modbus TCP
OpcUA
S7
EtherNetIP
Depending on the selected protocol, the form adapts.
The equipment name must only contain lowercase or uppercase letters and numbers.
Fill in each field with the information related to your equipment.
Note: For equipment using the Modbus TCP protocol, you can check the boxes in the form to specify:
If bytes are swapped;
If words are swapped;
If there is an addressing offset for the equipment variables.
Upon saving the form, you will return to the "Data Source" page, where you can see that your new equipment has been successfully added.
