Prerequisites : This feature is reserved for users with a functional or technical administrator role.

You can sort the results displayed in the logs in various ways.

Filter events by date

You can specify a start and end date for displaying events :

Thus, only events that occurred between these dates will be displayed :

Filter events by applications

You can choose to display events related to the applications of your choice.

To do this, click on the drop-down list "Applications", then select the applications you are interested in :

This filter can be even more precise, allowing you to select the modules of the chosen applications that interest you.

For example, for the "Alerting" module, you can choose to display only events related to incident reports :

Filter events by action type

There are three types of logged events:

  • Creation :

  • Update :

  • Deletion :

You can sort the displayed events based on their type.

To do this, click on the drop-down list "Actions" and select the types you want.

If you only check the "Update" option, for example...

...Only events of the "Update" type will be displayed :

Filter events by username or identifier

Finally, you can also filter displayed events by indicating the name of the user who performed the operation.
