By default, applications created in IndaView Creator are visible to all users in IndaView. To limit access to certain resources, you can restrict access at three distinct levels:
An entire application
A specific view (synoptique)
An action associated with an object
Restrict the access to an application
By restricting access to an application, only users belonging to authorized groups will be able to see and open it in IndaView.
From IndaView Creator, click "Edit configuration" for the relevant application :
Enable the option "Restrict access to users in the list".
In the dropdown list that becomes active, select the user group(s) you wish to authorize.
These user groups are configured in Io-base (mettre lien doc).
Once the groups are added, click "Validate changes" to apply the restriction.
From now on, only members of the selected groups will be able to view this application.
Restricting Access to a View
Within an application, you can make specific views visible only to certain user groups.
Open the desired view in IndaView Creator and go to its properties.
In the "access restriction" field, click the "..." button to open the access configuration window.
Add the group(s) you wish to authorize, then validate.
Any user who is not a member of the selected groups will be unable to access this view in IndaView.
Restricting Access to an Action
Finally, you can limit the use of a specific action to certain users.
In the configuration of the relevant object, navigate to the "Actions" menu.
In the "restrictions" field, use the "..." button to select the authorized groups.
Once the groups are added, validate the changes.
Only users belonging to the selected groups will be able to trigger this action by clicking the object in IndaView.
