Add a user

Prerequisite : To add a user, you must be an administrator.

From the Configuration menu, click User Management.

To add a user, click Add a User.

Enter the role and name of the new user.

The user name must contain only lowercase or uppercase letters, digits, spaces, or hyphens.

You must fill in all fields.

After saving the form, a modal window will display the user's password. This password must be sent to the user so they can log in to the application.

Upon their first login, the user will be prompted to create a new password.

Once the form is saved, you are redirected to the User Management page, and the new user will appear.
