Prerequisite : This feature is available for users with a View Creator role.
Access IndaView Creator and select a monitoring application.
Open a synoptic and access the configuration screen of the object you want to configure.
Then, go to the Design menu.
You will be able to configure the graphic properties of the object through various settings.
Some settings are common to all objects, while others are specific to a type of object.
Common settings for all objects
The layer setting allows you to configure the layer to which the object belongs.
Several display settings allow you to customize the size and appearance of the object:
Background Colour: allows you to select the background colour of the object
Position: allows you to set the x, y coordinates for placing the object in space
Size: allows you to define the height and width of the object
Style: allows you to change the style of the object's outline (normal, relief, or inverted relief)
Fill Texture: allows the selection of the fill texture for the object
The settings within the Line section provide the ability to configure the object outline style :
Line Color: Choose the color for the outline
Thickness: Adjust the thickness of the outline
Style: Define the style of the outline (solid, dotted, etc.)
Special Settings
Some settings are specific to a particular type of object.
Lines and Polygons Objects
The Spline Interpolation setting allows you to connect points with a curve.
It is intended for Line and Polygon type objects.
Value Display Object
These display settings allow you to:
Text Color : assign a color to the text of the value display.
Formatting : format numerical values (number of decimal places).
Font : select the font for the text.
Message object
These settings allow you to:
Text Alignment: define the text alignment within the object.
Corner Angle: round the corners of the value display.
Text Color: assign a color to the text of the value display.
Static Label: specify the text of the value display.
Font: select the font for the text.
Preserve Text Size: maintains the font size in case of symbol distortion.
Rectangle object
The Rounded Corner Angle display setting allows you to round the corners of the value display.
The BarGraph settings allow you to:
BarGraph Style: transform the rectangle into a bargraph animated by a variable.
BarGraph Maximum Value: sets the value corresponding to the maximum fill.
BarGraph Minimum Value: sets the value corresponding to the minimum fill.
