Prerequisite : To deploy the IndaSheet module in Excel, you must have the manifest file. Follow the instructions below to get it.

Download the manifest file

Log in to Io-base and click the button at the top right of your screen, highlighted below :

The Io-base administration page opens.

Go to the Others menu.

Then click on the "Plugin excel manifest" submenu :

The manifest file will be downloaded.

Add the add-in to Excel

On the Windows computer where you want to host your add-in, navigate to the folder or drive that you want to use as the Excel add-ins catalogue (for example : Documents). Then place the manifest file in this folder.

Share the folder containing the manifest file, then right click and select 'Properties'.

Copy the network path to the folder as you will need it later :

Note : The link starts with localhost\

Add the add-in in Excel

Open an Excel document.

Go to 'File' and then to the "Options" menu.

Go to the 'Trust Centre' section and click on 'Trust Centre Settings'.

Go to the 'Trusted Add-in Catalogues' section.

Enter the network path to the folder containing the manifest, then click 'Add Catalog'.

Tick the 'Show in menu' box, then click 'OK'.

Close and re-open Excel for the changes to take effect.

Then go to the 'Insert' menu in your Excel file and click on 'Add-ins/My Add-ins'.

A window will open; go to the Shared Folder section.

Click on the Io-base add-in and add it.

Your add-in will appear in the ribbon :

Note : When changing the version of the manifest file, it is important to clear the Excel cache associated with Web add-ins before adding the new add-in version.

To clear the cache, go to Excel's Privacy Management Centre and select the check box in the box below.
