The color displayed does not match the colors on the scale. What should I do?

Start by making sure you've used a functional strip by repeating the measurement with another strip. If the problem persists, it's probably a sign that the values of some of your chemical parameters are too high or too low, to the point of being out of range. If your water contains chemical compounds other than the usual treatment products, the coloring of your test strip pads may also be due to a chemical reaction with these compounds.

The free chlorine pad is pink. What should I do?

Pink discoloration of the free chlorine pad may indicate the presence of excess chlorine. We recommend that you ventilate the pool thoroughly and check the other chemical parameters. If the problem persists, contact our customer service department for further assistance.

I've added a lot of chlorine and the reading is still zero.

There are several possibilities: your pool's chlorine demand is very high due to heavy contamination, or the products you're adding to your pool aren't mixed properly, or the chlorine you're adding is out-of-date or degraded and therefore ineffective. In all cases, check the system and test the water again in another part of the pool. If the problem persists, contact our customer service department for further assistance.

What should I do if the results seem inconsistent?

Make sure you have followed the test instructions correctly. If you have any doubts about the results, you can repeat the test or contact our customer service department for further assistance.
