iPacket CRM Email Template Setup | ProMax

How to set up the iPacket email template in ProMax CRM

**IMPORTANT REQUIRED SETTING**

Each user's CRM email must be placed in their iPacket Profile in order for the sends from your CRM to map back to iPacket correctly.

Key steps:

  1. Access the template section: Go to "Communications" within your ProMax CRM dashboard.

  2. Choose "Download Templates": Select this option to view and manage email templates.

  3. Select a template or create new: You can either choose a pre-existing template from the library or click to create a new one from scratch.

  4. Design using HTML editor: Navigate to the HTML editor and copy/paste the coding below.

  5. Save and categorize: Once satisfied with your template, save it with a descriptive name and organize it within your template folders for easy access.

Copy / Paste the following code snippet(s) into your CRM template builder.

Subject Line Code:
