🧩Connecting iPacket to Podium

This article explains how to connect your iPacket account to Podium. Once connected, Podium’s AI Agent will automatically include an iPacket vehicle link when responding to incoming leads, ensuring prospects receive accurate and detailed vehicle information right away.
1. Before You Begin
You must have an active iPacket account.
Have your store API key and fallback user ID from iPacket ready. If you don’t have them, contact support@autoipacket.com to request these credentials.
You must have admin-level access to your Podium account.
2. Connecting iPacket to Podium
Log in to Podium
Go to the Podium Integration Listing or search for iPacket from your Integrations page in Podium.
Start the Connection
Click Connect Now and select Next.
Confirm the Location
Select the location you want to connect with iPacket and click Yes, continue.
Grant Podium Access to iPacket
Click Connect next to Step One.
In the pop-up, click Grant Access to allow Podium to access iPacket.
Connect iPacket to Podium
Click Connect next to Step Two.
Enter your store API key and fallback user ID.
If you don’t have these, reach out to support@autoipacket.com to request them before proceeding.
Complete the Setup
Select Create → Finish → Continue.
Your iPacket account is now connected.
3. After Connection
Once connected, Podium’s AI Agent will automatically include iPacket links when replying to leads that mention a specific vehicle. This ensures potential buyers receive the most accurate and relevant details instantly.
