If you are unable to access your template setup in DriveCentric, please send a request to your Drive Centric Pod and they will be able to add it for you.
**IMPORTANT REQUIRED SETTING**
Each user's unique "Drive Alias" must be added to the CRM Email Address field in your iPacket account settings.
(Example: name@drivedealershipname.com)
Steps:
Select your Profile in the top right
Select Store Settings
Select Templates (on the left)
Select Text
Add New Folder (if wanted) named iPacket
Add New (template)
Template Name: iPacket
Copy/paste the follow Message into your Message field area:
Text Message Body:
(make sure to copy the entire text below)
