iPacket CRM Text Template Setup | DriveCentric

How to set up the iPacket text template in DriveCentric CRM:

If you are unable to access your template setup in DriveCentric, please send a request to your Drive Centric Pod and they will be able to add it for you.

**IMPORTANT REQUIRED SETTING**

Each user's unique "Drive Alias" must be added to the CRM Email Address field in your iPacket account settings.

Steps:

  1. Select your Profile in the top right

  2. Select Store Settings

  3. Select Templates (on the left)

  4. Select Text

  5. Add New Folder (if wanted) named iPacket

  6. Add New (template)

  7. Template Name: iPacket

  8. Copy/paste the follow Message into your Message field area:

Text Message Body:

(make sure to copy the entire text below)
