How to adjust account settings

Adjusting your account settings inside the iPacket dealer portal

1. Look for your name and/or photo in the top right hand side of the screen

2. Click on your name

3. Click on Account Settings

4. From the account settings page you can make adjustments to the following fields

First Name
Last Name
Email Address (WARNING: Changing your email in the dealer will also change your Username to your iPacket system)
Main Phone Number
Mobile Phone Number
Default Location
Alert Preferences
Packet Messages (Default packet share message & signature)
Privacy
Zoom Alert Settings

​CRM Email Address

5. Save your changes by clicking "Save" button located at the bottom center of screen.
