How to access and review your iPacket Dashboard

You never have to wonder which customers are engaging and when to follow up. A customized dashboard will be your new favorite place to find opportunities.

Dashboard Table of Contents

Tabs

  • Viewed - list of packet shares that have been viewed

  • Hot List - list of packet shares that have been viewed more than 3 times (your most interested clients)

  • User Shares - list of all packet shares sent both viewed and not viewed

  • Price Changes - list of all autogenerated price change alerts that were sent by the iPacket system

  • Social - list of all packets shared to social media via the iPacket dealer portal Social integration

  • All Sent - list of ALL packet shares regardless of the type

  • Scheduled Packets - calendar view of all scheduled sends

Understanding Your iPacket Activity

  • Team Member - The salesperson who sent the iPacket (admins can view all users)

  • Customer - The recipient of the iPacket

  • Sent - The date and time the iPacket was shared

  • Views - A green circle indicates the packet has been viewed. The number shows total views—click it to see detailed timestamps of each interaction.

Type - How the packet was shared

  • Email (Portal) - shared via email

  • Email (App) - shared via email using mobile app

  • Email (Browser Extension) - shared via email using browser extension

  • Text (Portal) - shared via text message using desktop

  • Text (App) - shared via text message using mobile app

  • Text (Browser Extension) - shared via text message using browser extension

  • Autoresponder - Chat AI sent to customer

  • Weblink - generated custom weblink

  • Browser Extension Link - generated trackable link using Browser extension

  • Price Change Alert- Automatic price change alert sent on your behalf

  • Quick Share - iPacket shared via Quick Share in Mobile App

  • Module Quick Share - Individual document shared via the Mobile App

  • Autogen (CRM) - iPacket shared via CRM integration

  • Email Lead Autogen (CRM) - iPacket shared via CRM integration

  • Third-Party Integration (CRM) - iPacket shared via CRM integration

Insights

Link to the insight report for that particular packet share - showing the interaction data (what documents the customer clicked on and how long they spent on each module)
